About the Internship
This role provides direct exposure to the internal legal workings of a major hospitality brand. Interns will assist the legal team in managing the diverse requirements of a property that balances luxury hospitality with modern business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Drafting: Assisting in the creation and updating of internal Company Policies for a 5-star environment.
- Contract Management: Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including Vendor, Franchise, Management, and Service contracts.
- Due Diligence: Supporting the team during due diligence exercises and commercial transactions.
- Compliance: Assisting with regulatory matters specific to the tourism and hospitality industry.
- Research: Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial law to support day-to-day advisory.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Students currently enrolled in a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. program.
- Skills: Strong drafting and legal research capabilities.
