Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will work on a variety of legal matters, including:
- Litigation and dispute resolution in civil, consumer and commercial matters
- Criminal law matters, including bail applications, defence and liaisoning with law enforcement agencies
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Advising on corporate law, regulatory compliance and employment law
- Handling family law disputes, intellectual property issues and environmental law compliance
Eligibility
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of the respective state
- 2–5 years PQE in litigation, corporate advisory or contract drafting
- Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
