Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess patentable innovations from R&D teams
- Draft, file, and manage patent applications (France & International)
- Handle patent grant procedures before IP offices
- Conduct and monitor Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis
- Support execution of the company’s IP strategy
- Collaborate with legal, R&D, and business teams
- Evaluate IP assets for licensing and acquisition opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong interest in patent drafting and IP law
- Knowledge of INPI, EPO, and PCT procedures
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Familiarity with Orbit, Espacenet databases
- Team collaboration and independent work capability

Eligibility Criteria
