Key Practice Areas & Responsibilities

Selected interns will gain practical experience across a diverse range of legal fields:

  • Corporate & Commercial: Drafting and reviewing contracts, term sheets, board resolutions, and legal due diligence.
  • Litigation & Research: Research and drafting for matters at District Courts and High Courts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Navigating the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and allied legislations.
  • Startup Ecosystem: Advisory support for founders, including Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
  • Ground Work: Assisting in client meetings, local registrations, and police station work.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students: Open to penultimate or final-year law students.
  • Interest: A strong inclination toward Corporate and Commercial laws.
  • Skills: Sharp analytical, drafting, and research capabilities.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
