Key Responsibilities
- Manage debit freezes and lien markings, and own the time to unfreeze accounts.
- Handle the litigation lifecycle: coordinate with external counsel, track hearing dates and ensure timely filings.
- Respond to Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) data requests and legal notices within set timelines.
- Follow SOPs for applying and revoking liens based on judicial or regulatory orders.
- Maintain records and report case status and resolution times to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Customer Operations and Finance teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.
Requirements
- LL.B. degree.
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably in legal operations, financial services or high-volume regulatory compliance.
- Proven litigation management or support experience.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and process management skills.
- Comfort with CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in Web3 and VDA.
