Job Overview
- Position: Junior Intellectual Property Associate
- Location: Indore Office
- Remuneration: As per industry standards (negotiable for deserving candidates).
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Maintaining and managing diverse IP portfolios for global clients.
- Prosecution & Enforcement: Handling oppositions and enforcement for trademarks, patents, and designs.
- Drafting & Filing: Preparing applications and prosecution amendments before relevant authorities.
- Advocacy: Conducting trademark searches and appearing before Registrars/Examiners for hearings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.).
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Design laws.
- Experience: Prior experience in handling end-to-end IP matters and international filings is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools and strong drafting abilities.
