About the Role
This position is at the intersection of legal operations, business analysis, and change management. You will be the architect of the firm’s digital legal infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management Rollout: Manage the global execution and 3-year roadmap for ContractPod AI, focusing on integration and user adoption.
- Systems Optimization: Implement and enhance legal tools such as Clawscan, Whisply, Diligent, and Questel.
- AI Initiatives: Drive AI-led efficiency by developing use cases for automated diligence checks, chatbot workflows, and risk management.
- Data Governance: Establish standards for data cleaning, security, and accuracy across all legal systems.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in system implementation or digital transformation (e.g., as a Business Analyst or Project Manager).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with end-to-end tool rollouts, including data migration, testing, and configuration.
- AI & Automation: A natural interest in AI topics such as NLP (Natural Language Processing) and workflow optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong change management abilities to work directly with end-users and ensure strong adoption across a multicultural global matrix.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills.
- Note: A background in Legal Ops is a plus but not mandatory if you have strong tech implementation experience.
