Role Summary
This is a full-time litigation role covering a wide array of practice areas, including Civil, Criminal, Commercial, and Writ Litigation. The position requires a candidate who is ordinarily residing in Mumbai and possesses a valid Sanad.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Vetting: Preparing Notices, Complaints, Written Statements, Evidence Affidavits, Writ Petitions, and Appeals.
- Court Appearances: Regularly appearing before the High Court, City Civil & District Courts, Co-operative Courts, and Magistrate Courts.
- Research & Strategy: Assisting seniors in strategizing for complex matters and preparing detailed case briefs and research notes.
- Case Management: Managing e-filings, court deadlines, and maintaining comprehensive case records.
- Client Coordination: Communicating with clients for instructions, case updates, and documentation.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: LL.B from a recognized university.
- Qualification: Valid Sanad is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification litigation experience (Freshers with strong internships/aptitude are also welcome to apply).
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) and relevant allied laws.
- Skills: Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
