Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Research and Content Intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Trend Spotting: Actively tracking daily corporate news, landmark judicial precedents, SEBI regulations, MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) updates, and domestic taxation changes impacting businesses.
- Podcast & Video Pre-Production: Conducting deep-dive legal and financial research to draft concise briefs, talking points, and production-ready scripts for upcoming video and podcast episodes.
- Content Simplification: Deconstructing dense legal jargon and corporate compliance codes into clear, high-impact commentary optimized for a digital audience.
- Social Media Curation: Assisting in the editorial development of the daily and weekly “LexStreet Updates” broadcasted across LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Research Internship position must fulfill the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Enrolled in a recognized Law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.), Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), or Finance degree program.
