The firm is hiring Three (3) Associates for its General Corporate, M&A, and Regulatory practice. This is a high-exposure role offering direct client interaction and a fast-track career path.

🚀 What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
This is strictly a transactional role, not a traditional “research-and-memo” position. Under partner supervision, you will handle:
- Transaction Drafting: Drafting SPAs (Share Purchase Agreements), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), and Term Sheets.
- Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive due diligence on regulated entities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Researching and advising on complex questions regarding RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and the Companies Act.
- Execution & Closing: Supporting the execution and final closing of corporate transactions.
- Niche Sector Advisory: Working across cutting-edge sectors including Fintech regulation, NBFC advisory, Payment Systems law, and Insurance Intermediary compliance.
🎯 Strict Eligibility Criteria
The firm is very specific about candidate profiles to save everyone’s time:
- Minimum 1 Year PQE exclusively in corporate advisory, M&A, agreement drafting, or financial regulatory compliance at a law firm.
- Prior exposure to financial services regulation is a significant advantage.
- Dispute Resolution/Litigation profiles do not qualify: Experience in litigation, arbitration, or general dispute resolution will not be considered for this role.
- No Freshers: This position requires immediate transactional execution capabilities; freshers will not be shortlisted.
