🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and commercial contracts. 📄
- Compliance & Policy: Strengthen internal corporate policies, compliance frameworks, and DPDP/data protection rules. 🛡️
- Stakeholder Support: Advise internal teams on electronic signatures, stamping, and financial regulations. 🤝
- Legal Content: Support marketing and product teams by writing whitepapers and legal collateral on regulatory frameworks. ✍️
🎓 Requirements & Preferences
- Education: LLB degree from a reputable university. 🎓
- Experience: 2+ years of PQE in-house or with a law firm, focusing on commercial contracts and deep legal research. 🏢
- Skills: Excellent English communication, ability to work independently, and high professional integrity. ⭐
- Preferred: Prior experience with IT laws and RBI / SEBI / IRDAI regulations. 📈
