Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the Vybe Cabs legal team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and strategic legal documents.
- Corporate Compliance: Providing sound legal guidance on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and compliance frameworks specific to the transportation/tech sector.
- Dispute Resolution: Handling legal notices, managing active disputes, and providing robust litigation support.
- Risk Mitigation: Conducting thorough legal research and proactive risk assessments to protect the company’s business interests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A valid law degree (LLB or LLM) from a recognized university.
- A strong, demonstrable understanding of corporate, commercial, and Indian contract law.
- Sharp analytical mind with top-tier legal drafting and communication skills.
- Prior experience working with startups or fast-paced corporate environments is a major plus.
