The firm is looking to expand its team with two dynamic professionals to join its Corporate & Commercial Advisory and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practices.

Job Description & Vacancy Details

  • Position: Associate Advocate
  • Number of Vacancies: 02 (Two)
  • Experience Required (PQE): 4 to 5 years
  • Job Location: Bengali Market, New Delhi

Work Profile & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be integrated into the following core practice areas:

1. Corporate & Commercial Advisory Practice

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and key transaction documents.
  • Conducting rigorous legal due diligence for corporations, commercial properties, and business assets.
  • Providing strategic legal advice on diverse corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.

2. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice

  • Handling legal matters and representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and various Arbitral Tribunals.
  • Advising corporate and private clients on effective litigation and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Drafting Writs, Pleadings, Applications, Written Submissions, Legal Notices, and comprehensive Legal Opinions.
  • Conducting thorough legal research, meticulous case preparation, and briefing Senior Advocates.
  • Note: Prior experience in commercial litigation and domestic/international arbitration will be considered a distinct advantage.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be competitive and as per market standards, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and merit.
