Job Description & Scope of Work
The selected Associate will work closely on high-profile matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums. From an early stage, Associates are given meaningful responsibility and play an active role in developing and running cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Legal Research & Strategy — Conducting thorough legal research and shaping litigation strategy
- Drafting & Pleadings — Preparing petitions, appeals, responses, and other legal drafts
- Client Conferences — Participating in client briefings and advisory discussions
- Case Management — Handling case files, documentation, and coordination across forums
- Court Proceedings — Representing and assisting in matters across various judicial forums
Eligibility & Requirements
- Position: Associate
- Experience (PQE): 1–3 Years
- Location: New Delhi (Hauz Khas)
- Key Traits: Strong research and drafting skills, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Preferred: Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting will be a strong advantage
