Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Associate, your core focus will span across commercial contracts and IP portfolio management:

  • Contracts & Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Trademark Management: Independently manage the full lifecycle of trademark protection. This includes conducting clearance searches, drafting and filing applications, handling trademark prosecution, managing oppositions, and addressing infringement matters.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on contract compliance, risk mitigation, IP strategy, and general corporate matters.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Education: Valid LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of core, hands-on experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law.
  • Credentials: Must be actively enrolled with a State Bar Council.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional written and verbal communication, and sharp negotiation skills.
  • Location Constraint: The candidate must be currently based in, or willing to work from, Gurugram.
