Job Requirements & Eligibility

Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:

  1. Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in civil and commercial litigation & arbitration before courts & tribunals (including NCLT) in/around Mumbai.
  2. Bar Enrollment: Mandatory registration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
  3. Core Skills:
    • Skilled in drafting pleadings and managing court/arbitration proceedings.
    • Hands-on experience in handling court and arbitration filings.
    • Practical exposure to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
