Key Responsibilities

As an Associate in this role, your core responsibilities will include:

Client Advisory: Advise domestic and international clients on complex regulatory matters surrounding Privacy, AI compliance, Gaming regulations, Media, and Telecom laws.
Legal Research & Compliance: Perform in-depth regulatory analysis and provide strategic compliance guidance on emerging legal frameworks.
Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, technology agreements, and related legal documentation.
Strategic Support: Assist clients in navigating evolving tech policies, cross-border data privacy rules, and regulatory disputes.

Qualification & Skill Requirements

Experience: 2 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in relevant practice areas.
Subject Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of Indian and international frameworks governing data privacy, artificial intelligence, online gaming, media rights, and telecommunications.
Analytical & Drafting Skills: Proven expertise in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and analytical legal research.
Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
