Job Overview
Midwest Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join their team in a full-time, remote capacity.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in personal injury litigation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional support to attorneys and clients throughout every stage of the legal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support trial attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
- Manage case files, legal documentation, and court filings accurately and efficiently.
- Handle high-volume caseloads while strictly adhering to deadlines and court schedules.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal specifically in personal injury litigation.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the personal injury litigation process and court procedures.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and deadline-management abilities.
- Trial Support: Proven experience assisting trial attorneys from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
- Language (Bonus): Bilingual (Spanish / English) fluency is strongly preferred.
Education & Certifications
- Degree: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certification: Paralegal Certificate is a strong plus.
