Responsibilities & What You’ll Do
- Live Casework: Work directly on real UK case files within your chosen domain.
- Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation with high accuracy.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed legal research to support solicitors abroad.
- Collaboration: Partner with international legal teams shaping BPO/LPO services.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
- Experience Level: Open to both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Communication: Strong command of verbal and written English communication.
- Skillset: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and eager to learn international legal systems.
Salary & Compensation Structure
VERTICO offers a structured and progressive performance-based salary package:
- Initial CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
- Post-Probation: Up to ₹5.25 LPA upon successful completion of probation
- Post 1-Year: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on performance review)
