Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be actively involved in chamber operations and litigation management. Key tasks include:
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on various statutes and case laws.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, case notes, briefs, and concise legal summaries.
- Assisting in the preparation, organization, and perusal of active case files.
- Providing logistical and procedural support across various courts and tribunals.
- Handling analytical assignments and litigation strategy tasks under senior guidance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Background: Open to law students currently pursuing:
- 5-Year Integrated LL.B.: Years I, II, or III (V-I, V-II, V-III)
- 3-Year LL.B.: Years I or II (III-I, III-II)
- Technical & Skill Requirements:
- Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Practical familiarity with legal databases and research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
- Key Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and strictly adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
