Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will be actively involved in chamber operations and litigation management. Key tasks include:

  • Conducting comprehensive legal research on various statutes and case laws.
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, case notes, briefs, and concise legal summaries.
  • Assisting in the preparation, organization, and perusal of active case files.
  • Providing logistical and procedural support across various courts and tribunals.
  • Handling analytical assignments and litigation strategy tasks under senior guidance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Background: Open to law students currently pursuing:
    • 5-Year Integrated LL.B.: Years I, II, or III (V-I, V-II, V-III)
    • 3-Year LL.B.: Years I or II (III-I, III-II)
  • Technical & Skill Requirements:
    • Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Practical familiarity with legal databases and research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
  • Key Attributes:
    • Ability to work independently and strictly adhere to deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
