Role Overview

The firm is seeking an Associate to lead and manage complex commercial disputes. The candidate will take ownership of case strategy, drafting, briefing Senior Advocates, and actively arguing matters before multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead legal strategy and effectively handle commercial suits, arbitration proceedings, and corporate litigation.
  • Draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, appeals, and interim applications.
  • Appear and argue before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) (along with their respective appellate tribunals), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and the Appellate Tribunal for Prevention of Money Laundering.
  • Prepare briefs for Senior Advocates and independently lead client conferences and consultations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university.
  • Bar Registration: Active enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), with a primary focus on commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, strong drafting skills, and highly proficient oral advocacy.
