About the Internship

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, exhibit a keen interest in Capital Markets, and be willing to relocate to NOIDA for an intensive on-site learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assessment Intern at T&S LAW, your responsibilities will include:
- Regulatory & Compliance Research: Conducting CIBIL checks, Promoter Watchout searches, and comprehensive legal research.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assisting in drafting legal documents, handling Investment Chapters, and participating in IPR Due Diligence.
- Corporate Law Compliance: Assisting with the legalities surrounding the appointment of directors and ensuring procedural compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Open only to 5th-year law students and law graduates. (Note: Students in their 4th year or below are requested not to apply for this batch as a separate internship policy applies).
- Technical Skills: Strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
- Domain Expertise: A proven interest in Capital Markets and Corporate Law.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, capable of working independently, quick at grasping new concepts, and effective in practical implementation.
