About the Internship

T&S LAW is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a stickler for perfection. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, exhibit a keen interest in Capital Markets, and be willing to relocate to NOIDA for an intensive on-site learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assessment Intern at T&S LAW, your responsibilities will include:

  • Regulatory & Compliance Research: Conducting CIBIL checks, Promoter Watchout searches, and comprehensive legal research.
  • Drafting & Documentation: Assisting in drafting legal documents, handling Investment Chapters, and participating in IPR Due Diligence.
  • Corporate Law Compliance: Assisting with the legalities surrounding the appointment of directors and ensuring procedural compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role must meet the following requirements:

  1. Academic Qualification: Open only to 5th-year law students and law graduates. (Note: Students in their 4th year or below are requested not to apply for this batch as a separate internship policy applies).
  2. Technical Skills: Strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
  3. Domain Expertise: A proven interest in Capital Markets and Corporate Law.
  4. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, capable of working independently, quick at grasping new concepts, and effective in practical implementation.
  5. Commitment: Willingness to relocate to NOIDA and dedicate undiluted, long working hours toward career building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have prior internship experience with law firms dealing with Capital Markets and SEBI Regulations.
