Key Requirements & Eligibility

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• ✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year of core litigation experience (Freshers are welcome to apply if they demonstrate exceptional drive).
• ✔ Drafting Skills: Proficiency in drafting and vetting petitions, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions.
• ✔ Research Capabilities: Strong legal research, statutory interpretation, and analytical abilities.
• ✔ Court Procedures: Familiarity with court procedures, filing processes, and day-to-day litigation practice.
• ✔ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage case files independently under tight deadlines.

Work Profile & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be involved in core litigation practices, including:

• Drafting, vetting, and finalization of diverse legal documents.
• In-depth legal research and comprehensive case preparation.
• Assisting senior counsel and appearing in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
• Direct client interaction, advisory, and strategic case coordination.
• End-to-end case management and daily court appearances.
