About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse range of litigation matters from inception to final hearing.
- Drafting pleadings for Arbitration, Insolvency (NCLT), and Company Law matters.
- Representing and assisting in Criminal Law proceedings and trials.
- Strategizing and providing innovative solutions for complex legal disputes.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: LL.B / B.A. LL.B from a recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
