About the Role
- Position: Associate – IP Litigation
- Experience Required (PQE): 1–3 Years
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
- Location: WZ-32N, First Floor, Sharda Puri, New Delhi, Delhi 110015(Nearest Metro Station: Ramesh Nagar | Landmark: Radheshyam Mandir)
- Location Preference: Candidates residing within 8–10 km from the office
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Prepare plaints, applications, written statements, trademark oppositions, and statutory replies.
- Court Procedures: Handle procedural compliances, court filings, and listing matters.
- Litigation Support: Assist senior counsel in court hearings, client briefings, and strategic case preparation.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on Intellectual Property disputes and relevant case precedents.
Candidate Profile & Key Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation.
- Strong proficiency in drafting, legal research, and case analysis.
- Familiarity with court procedures, registry compliances, and litigation workflows.
