Advocate Dhruv Singh is an independent practitioner specializing in Criminal Litigation, handling matters before District Courts, the Allahabad High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. An alumnus of Lloyd Law College (B.A. LL.B.) and Mewar University (LL.M.), he brings deep expertise in procedural law, case strategy, and drafting. Joining his chambers offers selected interns direct mentorship and hands-on exposure to high-stakes litigation.
Job Overview & Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will work directly on active briefs and gain practical exposure to the following practice areas:
- Practice Areas: Criminal Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Law, Cyber Law, and Intellectual Property Rights (Trademarks, Copyrights, & Registrations).
- Daily Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting bail applications, petitions, written complaints, legal notices, and commercial contracts.
- Court Exposure: Assisting in preparing case strategies for District Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court proceedings, alongside client advisory sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
The chambers are looking for candidate profiles matching the following requirements:
- Academic Year: $4^{th}$ or $5^{th}$ year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. course OR Final year students of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Skills: Strong legal research capabilities and precise legal drafting skills.
- Attitude: Proactive, disciplined, and possessing a strong willingness to learn procedural law.
- Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Noida, Delhi, or nearby NCR regions.
