About The Clarity Law
The Clarity Law is a litigation-focused chamber with an active practice across civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, constitutional law, and dispute resolution. The chamber regularly represents clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and various other national tribunals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will get meaningful, real-world exposure to the following areas:
- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on complex civil, commercial, and constitutional matters.
- Drafting: Drafting of pleadings, applications, briefs, and comprehensive legal notes.
- Case Assistance: Assisting the legal team in ongoing litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Court Attendance: Observing court appearances and assisting in matter preparation (where applicable).
Eligibility Criteria
The chamber is looking for dedicated law students who demonstrate:
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written communication and precise drafting skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- A keen, demonstrable interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
