Role & Responsibilities
- Handle criminal litigation matters, including court appearances before relevant judicial forums.
- Prepare, review, and finalize criminal legal drafting (bails, petitions, complaints, written arguments, etc.).
- Assist Senior Associates and Partners with case preparation, trial strategy, and legal research.
- Maintain effective client communication and handle day-to-day court operations.
