A premier organization in the Jewellery & Retail industry is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to manage their corporate compliance, documentation, and statutory affairs at their Pune office.

Job Overview

  • Position: Legal Advisor
  • Location: Pune (Requires travel across Maharashtra and Karnataka as needed)
  • Experience: 1 to 3 Years
  • Salary (CTC): Up to ₹7–8 LPA
  • Industry: Jewellery & Retail

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Vetting: Prepare, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, legal notices, affidavits, and corporate documents.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure complete adherence to labour laws and other critical statutory regulations.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with government authorities for necessary registrations/approvals and liaise with external advocates and consultants.
  • Property & Documentation: Handle stamp duty, legal documentation, and property-related statutory matters.
  • Management Support: Provide day-to-day legal support and compliance advice to the management team.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of core experience in corporate legal compliance and documentation.
  • Core Skills: Proficient in labour laws, statutory compliance, legal drafting, and analytical research.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferences: Local candidates residing in Pune will be given preference.
