  • Conducting comprehensive Title Search Reports and property due diligence.
  • Reviewing and verifying land records, revenue documents, and statutory approvals.
  • Identifying potential legal risks, encumbrances, and compliance hurdles.
  • Analyzing and summarizing regional language legal documents.
  • Providing transaction teams with clear, structured, and actionable diligence reports.
