Eligibility Criteria
- Students in their 3rd year or above of a 5-Year Law Program (BA LLB / BBA LLB / B.Com LLB).
- Students in their Final Year of a 3-Year LLB Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on statutory frameworks and judicial precedents.
- Drafting: Assist in drafting legal notices, pleadings, research memos, and briefs.
- Case Management: Review case files, track ongoing court matters, and summarize proceedings.
- Proceedings & Meetings: Attend court hearings, tribunal proceedings, and client meetings (where applicable).
