Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in a diverse litigation practice involving commercial disputes, insolvency, and civil/criminal matters. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal brief summaries.
- Assisting in case preparation, strategic planning, and court appearances.
Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Associate: 0 – 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Assessment Intern: Final-year law students.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for litigation.
Position Details
