SLC is actively recruiting experienced legal professionals for its Corporate Recovery, IP Litigation, Data Privacy, and Dispute Resolution teams.

1. Associate (Corporate Recovery Team)

  • Experience (PQE): Minimum 3+ years
  • Key Focus Areas: Recovery matters, Section 138 NI Act, Lok Adalat, SARFAESI Act, and DRT.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Research, draft, review, and file legal documents for recovery matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, and Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT).
    • Represent clients in Corporate/Commercial Disputes, company matters, contract enforcement, and arbitration.
    • Independently handle and represent clients in white-collar crime matters.
    • Provide corporate advisory services, analyze legal strategies, and maintain seamless client reporting.

2. Associate / Senior Associate (IP Litigation & Prosecution)

  • Experience (PQE): Minimum 3+ years
  • Key Focus Areas: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Trademark (TM) Suits, and Copyright matters.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Appear and represent clients before various courts, tribunals, and forums.
    • Conduct comprehensive legal research, analysis, and advise clients on IP infringement strategies.
    • Draft, review, and file pleadings for IP litigation.
    • Manage case progress and coordinate efficiently with local counsels.

3. Associate / Senior Associate (Data Privacy & Technology Compliance)

  • Experience (PQE): 3 to 5 years
  • Key Focus Areas: DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, Privacy Risk Assessments, and Tech Contracts.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Advise on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), GDPR, and global privacy laws.
    • Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and assess data flows/user journeys.
    • Draft and review privacy policies, consent notices, Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts.
    • Support privacy-by-design implementations for digital products and handle cross-border data transfer due diligence.

4. Associate (Dispute Resolution Team)

  • Experience (PQE): Minimum 3+ years
  • Key Focus Areas: General Civil & Criminal Litigation, Case Management.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Independently handle court filings, litigation procedures, and appearances.
    • Prepare detailed court documents, case files, and brief summaries.
    • Interact independently with Senior Advocates for briefings.
    • Manage client communications and case files strictly in accordance with the firm’s standard operating procedures (SOP).
