Eligibility Criteria & Qualification
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a full-time regular degree from a recognized University or Institute:
- 3-Year LLB Degree OR
- 5-Year Integrated LLB Degree
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in handling legal cases, legal documentation, contract drafting, statutory compliance under various Acts, and RTI matters.
- Preference: Candidates with experience in the Government Sector will be given preference.
- Note on Experience: Self-practice as an advocate will NOT be considered. Only experience with Government, Govt. Sector Bodies, Law Firms, Professional Firms, LLPs, or reputed Private Sector Companies qualifies.
Key Terms & Benefits
- Salary & Increments: A fixed remuneration of ₹50,000/month with a provision of a 5% annual increment. EPF and Gratuity will be governed under standard statutory provisions.
- Leaves: Entitled to 1.5 Casual Leaves per month (credited semi-annually) and 2 Restricted Holidays.
- Insurance Coverage:
- Medical Health Insurance reimbursement up to ₹5,000/year (for ₹3 Lakh policy).
- Group coverage for Natural Death (₹10 Lakhs) and Accidental Death (₹10 Lakhs) provided by NMRC.
