Roles and Responsibilities
As a litigation intern at Orion Counsel, you will work on substantive legal tasks, including:
- Legal Research & Drafting: Preparing research memoranda, case notes, and litigation strategy papers.
- Pleadings & Opinions: Assisting in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, submissions, and commercial documents.
- Framework Analysis: Analyzing complex statutory, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.
- Dispute Resolution Support: Assisting on active commercial litigation, arbitration, and maritime law matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Orion Counsel is accepting applications from law students who meet the following requirements:
- Currently in the 4th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, OR
- Currently in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong interest in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
