Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle a specialized portfolio involving high-level tax compliance and litigation support:

Compliance & Filings: Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
TP Studies: Preparing TP studies, searching for comparable companies using databases, and undertaking benchmarking for various transactions.
Litigation & Appeals: Preparation of appeals to be filed before the Tribunal / CIT(A) and objections before the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP).
Advisory: Preparing replies and submissions in response to notices issued by the Transfer Pricing Officer.
Knowledge Management: Reviewing and preparing the monthly newsletter on TP updates and preparing team training presentations.
