🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Contracts: Independently draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements (grant letters, service/procurement contracts, EPC/Infrastructure contracts, MoUs, and NDAs). Maintain contract repositories and trackers.
- Compliance & Advisory: Implement data privacy compliance frameworks, focusing on the DPDP Act, 2023. Advise on labor and employment laws.
- Disputes: Handle contentious matters, draft petitions, brief external counsel, and attend court proceedings.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. degree from a reputed Indian university.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Preference for candidates with law firm backgrounds.
- Core Knowledge: Strong background in corporate contracts, Companies Act 2013, DPDP Act, employment codes, CSR framework, and FCRA.
💼 Position 2: Legal Officer, Litigation & Real Estate

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Disputes Management: End-to-end management of litigations, arbitrations, and pre-litigation matters. Draft pleadings, notices, petitions, and advise senior management on legal strategy.
- Real Estate Legalities: Conduct property title due diligence, review land records, and draft lease deeds, leave & license agreements, or transfer deeds. Handle property-related disputes and encroachments.
- Advisory: Conduct research and offer risk-mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders on property laws and local land regulations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. degree from a reputed Indian university.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Preference for candidates with law firm experience.
- Core Knowledge: Proven expertise in litigation and real estate laws. Strong procedural knowledge before City Civil Courts, High Courts, and Regulatory Bodies (Charity Commissioner experience is preferred).
💼 Position 3: Manager, Talent Acquisition
