Job Overview
- Position: Legal Associate (Case Manager – ODR)
- Location: Mumbai (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1–2 years (Law firm or litigation experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End ODR Management: Handle cases from onboarding to closure, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between parties, neutrals, and internal teams.
- Documentation & Research: Manage hearings, scheduling, and drafting of notices, summaries, and case records.
- Business Development: Engage with clients and contribute to research and collaborative initiatives in the dispute resolution space.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate dashboards and ensure adherence to timelines and SLAs.
Ideal Candidate
- Education: LL.B. Graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience; prior experience appearing before Mumbai courts is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management.
- Mindset: An interest in Arbitration, Mediation, and ODR, with an inclination toward business strategy and research.
