About the Role
The Contracts Expert will be responsible for the lifecycle of high-value agreements and tender processes. The position requires a professional who can navigate both the legal drafting of documents and the operational execution of bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contractual Drafting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents such as EOIs, SBDs, Concessionaire Agreements, MoUs, and LoAs.
- Bid Management: Hands-on execution of end-to-end tender processes, including the preparation and review of RFPs/RFQs and bid documents.
- Evaluation & Finalization: Managing bid evaluations, handling clarifications, and driving contracts to successful finalization.
- Risk & Compliance: Conducting thorough risk assessments, ensuring contractual compliance, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, particularly government entities.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in contract management and bid process management.
- Sector Knowledge: Proven experience working with government projects and managing government stakeholders.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical drafting, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines simultaneously.
