Role Overview
This is a comprehensive legal role that combines high-stakes litigation with direct community impact. You will handle cases involving Family Law, POCSO, and Writs, working closely with women and underprivileged sections of society to ensure robust access to justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation & Drafting: Manage court proceedings and prepare high-quality legal documentation.
- Direct Support: Provide guidance on filing police complaints, drafting affidavits, and other ancillary legal services.
- Community Engagement: Conduct legal awareness sessions and lead on-ground mediation efforts.
- Legal Education: Assist in developing training modules and workshops for law students and the general public.
Vacancies & Qualifications
- 1 Fresher: 0–1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- 1 Lawyer: 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Language: Must be fluent in Hindi.
- Soft Skills: Candidates must be empathetic, reliable, and deeply committed to human rights.
- Educational Focus: Background or interest in Political Science, Economics, or Public Policy is a plus for research-based initiatives.
