J F Associates is looking to onboard a dedicated and meticulous Legal Associate with 1–3 years of core experience in corporate advisory, commercial contracting, and transactional documentation. (Note: Court appearances for this role will be minimal.)

Location: Kailash Colony, New Delhi

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Not for freshers)

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Vetting: Handle end-to-end drafting and vetting of various legal and commercial agreements, including Lease & License Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and related corporate documents.
  • Negotiations: Actively participate in client discussions, agreement negotiations, and conference calls.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide general legal advice and manage ancillary professional activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant professional experience. (Please note: This opening is not for freshers).
  • Background: Strong foundation in commercial contract drafting, vetting, and transaction management.
  • Skills: Excellent command of the English language, alongside strong computer proficiency and internet research skills.
