Atarya Partners is inviting applications for Legal Internships (including long-term internships) for the months of July, August, and September 2026. This is a full-time, physical (in-office) opportunity located at their office in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi. Candidates available for immediate joining are highly encouraged to apply.

Founded by Ayush Shrivastava, Krishnesh Bapat, and Samyak Gangwal (AOR), Atarya Partners brings together diverse experience across litigation, arbitration, and advisory work. The firm specializes in dispute resolution, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Trial Courts, and tribunals. Their core practice areas include commercial disputes, technology law, intellectual property, criminal law, white-collar crime, and regulatory matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected interns will work closely with the team on the following tasks:

  • Conducting legal research and assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
  • Assisting in case preparation and litigation strategy discussions.
  • Attending and assisting during court proceedings.
  • Undertaking regular court visits across various Delhi courts.

Note: This is a full-time, physical internship. Interns are expected to work daily from the Greater Kailash-II office and make frequent court appearances.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet any of the following criteria:

  • Students currently in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law programme (B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.).
  • Students currently in the final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
  • Must be available for an immediate start.
