Nature & Type of Work
This is a training-cum-internship programme focused on skill-building through structured task execution. To ensure clarity and quality:
- Orientation & Meetings: Task-specific orientation sessions and virtual meetings will be conducted prior to each assignment.
- Methodology Training: Interns will receive guidance on research methodology, citations, formatting, and academic writing standards.
- Structured Allotment: Tasks are allotted only after ensuring complete clarity on expectations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Interns may be assigned tasks including:
- Conducting legal research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and other legal domains.
- Drafting legal briefs on designated topics.
- Writing research articles or book chapters.
- Preparing detailed case analyses, case summaries, and legal commentaries.
Opportunities & Certification
- Publication Opportunities: Selected quality work will be considered for publication through open-access channels.
- Performance-Based Certification: Internship certificates will be issued strictly based on performance and task completion according to prescribed standards (certificates are performance-dependent and not guaranteed to all participants).
- Skill Enhancement: Includes regular weekly deadlines, virtual review meetings for structured feedback, and one complimentary workshop designed to refine research and writing skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently pursuing 5-year integrated LL.B., 3-year LL.B., or LL.M. courses.
- Open to law students across all academic years.
