The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing a wide range of trademark and design matters—including clearance, filing, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, and portfolio management—for both domestic and international clients.

- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university (enrolled with the Bar Council) and/or Registered Trademark Agent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark and design clearance searches and provide comprehensive risk assessments.
- Prepare and prosecute trademark and design applications before domestic and international offices.
- Manage global trademark and design portfolios, collaborating closely with foreign counsel.
- Handle opposition, cancellation, and enforcement actions.
- Advise clients on brand protection strategies and trademark/design best practices.
- Maintain consistent communication, deliver timely updates, and ensure superior client service.
Requirements & Competencies
- Deep understanding of Indian trademark and design laws, rules, and procedures.
- Strong experience handling trademark and design filing, prosecution, hearings, and opposition proceedings.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures and filing systems.
- Strong client-handling skills with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask, work independently under supervision, and deliver results within tight timelines.
