Asraya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate. We are seeking committed, detail-oriented, and passionate recent law graduates to join our dynamic litigation team.

Eligibility:

  • BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B. / LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2025 and 2026.
  • A strong interest and foundation in litigation and dispute resolution.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
  • Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare comprehensive case briefs.
  • Attend and assist in client conferences and strategy discussions.
  • Appear before competent authorities and assist with procedural and regulatory compliances.
