1. Associate (3–4 Years PQE)
- Strong background in managing complex mandates in TMT regulations, policy reform, and commercial advisory.
- Experience in handling client briefs, regulatory filings, and cross-border trade compliance.
2. Associate (1–2 Years PQE)
- Foundational experience and high research aptitude in tech policy, media laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to draft advisory notes, compliance checklists, and legal briefs.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in the tech and telecom space.
- Providing strategic advisory on trade regulations, data protection, and statutory compliance.
- Assisting clients with policy advocacy, government representations, and sector-specific reforms.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Degree: LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized university.
- PQE: 1–2 years or 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Domain Interest: Demonstrable interest and experience in technology, media, telecommunications, and regulatory compliance.
- Skills: Excellent legal drafting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
