About the Role
You will sit within the in-house legal team of an artist management company representing names across film, television, music, sports and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate talent management, endorsement, brand partnership, appearance/event and influencer agreements
- Advise on the protection and commercial use of artists’ image, likeness and personality rights
- Support IP matters: copyright, trademarks and licensing
- Handle day-to-day legal needs, including contract management and documentation
- Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external counsel
- Work with talent managers, the business team and external stakeholders
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 1-2 years PQE, preferably in media, entertainment or IP law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Keen interest in entertainment and talent management
- Able to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment and manage multiple stakeholders
