Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Associate, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate and commercial agreements.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on corporate and commercial laws, intellectual property, data protection, and labour law.
- Assisting the team with corporate compliance and general corporate advisory matters.
- Supporting senior members on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), investments, and other complex corporate transactions.
Skills Required
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- A solid understanding of commercial contracts.
- Sound legal and business judgment.
- A keen, demonstrable interest in corporate and commercial law.
