Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate loan settlements and debt resolutions with financial institutions and clients.
  • Manage client portfolios and streamline Alternative Dispute Resolution processes.
  • Apply strong persuasion and negotiation strategies to close financial settlements efficiently.
  • Focus purely on non-litigative, out-of-court dispute resolutions.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven past experience in Loan Settlement or Debt Settlement.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience dealing with financial institutions and client portfolios.
  • Target-driven mindset focused on achieving out-of-court settlements.
