Job Overview

  • Position: Legal Associate
  • Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers eligible)
  • Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
  • Practice Areas: Corporate Litigation, Civil Matters, NCLT/NCLAT, Tax Appeals

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Filing: Prepare and file petitions across Civil Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and the High Court.
  • Court Appearances: Represent clients and assist in proceedings before Civil Courts, NCLT, and NCLAT.
  • Documentation: Handle pleadings, case files, and statutory filings.
  • Tax Appeals: Manage and assist with Income Tax and GST appeal procedures.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough research, analyze precedents, and assist in comprehensive case preparation.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: LL.B. Degree from a recognized university (Mandatory).
  • Skills: Strong legal drafting capabilities and clear communication skills.
  • Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of litigation procedures and corporate laws.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
